Bookings must be made exclusively through the Fresha application and at least 3 days prior to the desired session date. Clients will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm the booking and discuss session details.

Clients are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session time to ensure a smooth start.

If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the session will be automatically cancelled and a new booking will be required, subject to availability.

Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

For birthday sessions that include special arrangements such as cakes & balloons, deposits are non-refundable if the session is cancelled or rescheduled.

Clients will receive all original images captured during the session, in addition to the edited photos included in their selected package.

Digital images will be delivered within 3–4 business days from the date of the session.

Each package includes a specified number of edited photos. Additional edited images are available at an extra charge.

Editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching. It does not include alterations to facial features, body shape, or major cosmetic modifications.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their appearance, clothing, and accessories are prepared before the session begins.

The studio is committed to protecting clients’ privacy and will not share any images with third parties without the client’s consent.

Images will be stored for 15 days from the delivery date. After this period, the studio cannot guarantee file recovery.

Completing a booking constitutes acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
